Ingredients

  • 7 ripe raspberries

  • 3 sage leaves

  • 1 1/2 ounces Bentianna

  • 1 1/2 ounces limoncello*

  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice

  • Extra sage leaves and raspberries, for garnish

  • Soda water, to top

Preparation

  • In a shaker, muddle the raspberries and sage leaves, then add Bentianna, limoncello, and lemon juice.
  • Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass jar.
  • Top with soda water and garnish with alternating sage leaves and raspberries on a pick.
