Ingredients
7 ripe raspberries
3 sage leaves
1 1/2 ounces Bentianna
1 1/2 ounces limoncello*
3/4 ounce lemon juice
Extra sage leaves and raspberries, for garnish
Soda water, to top
Preparation
- In a shaker, muddle the raspberries and sage leaves, then add Bentianna, limoncello, and lemon juice.
- Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass jar.
- Top with soda water and garnish with alternating sage leaves and raspberries on a pick.
